Sadly some of the human race will always retain the ugly characteristic of being able to manufacture reasons to hate others based upon arbitrary characteristics. It is an ignorance that can not be completely washed away. That said, I believe good individuals can lessen and mitigate the ideologies and poor conduct of the bigots in this world. Every one of us needs to intervene when we witness an injustice is being inflicted upon another. It is our responsibility to stand up to bullies and bigots when ever, where ever necessary. If there is a segment of our society to be marginalized let it be those who commit these affronts.
