In addition to being a full-time real estate agent with Century 21 Commonwealth in Medfield, MA, I am also a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser (MA Lic#71000). I own a small boutique appraisal firm called MeetingHouse Appraisals and have personally appraised over 1,500 residential properties in Massachusetts. I'm all about the numbers and I absolutely LOVE technology. I help my buyers get the absolute best bang for their buck and I ensure my sellers price accordingly in order to sell as quickly and as profitably as possible. As a Berklee College of Music graduate ('91), I still know my way around a drum kit and can turn over a pretty mean paradiddle. Rock on.
