Welcome!

Mike McCutcheon As Professor Harold Hill stated: 'You got to know the territore" This applies as much, if not more today, as it did in 'The Music Man" We are seeing some appraisers who possibly have never even driven a neighborhood and they are expected to do an accurate, fair appraisal. That's as scary as the Smoke and Mirrors valuations that got us into this mess in the first place
Mike McCutcheon We don't charge any extra fees. It's enough that our government (state and national) can't function without nickel and diming the citizenry to death. Many escrow and loan fees are also suspect. In a perfect world, all costs would be up front and truly TRANSPARENT. As opposed to Scotch Guard on thr leather upholstery in my new car.
Mike McCutcheon This all started with "Call Waiting". It's one of utmost discouteous things we do. When curiosity is more important than face time with a client, it doesn't speak well of the person who insists on taking the call. When that has happened to me, I've excused myself and said I could be available later, but I understood that that call must be an emergency nad I hoped it was not an accident or other sickness.
