Unbridled urban sprawl mixed with a lack oversight and regulation for mortgage brokers is pretty ugly... I can't believe they are still sprawling in Southern California. With density you reduce your carbon footprint, consume less farmland/wilderness, reduce transportation costs, and get rid of that sense of isolation that young couple expressed in the documentary.
