In addition to being a second generation Realtor based in Boulder Colorado, I am a serial volunteer and a statistics maven. Currently I am the ethics committee chairman, on the MLS board of managers, a member of the finance committee, a basketball coach at the YMCA and the treasurer of my church. Oh yeah, I also help as many buyers and sellers as I can and run an office of 24 agents.
Teresa, I think it is a scale problem. If we are expecting hundreds or thousands of potential clients to be hanging on your every word, I think we are expecting too much. The fact is that most people have a passing interest at best in what we have to say on a consistent basis until they are in the "market". But when they are in the "market" they are looking for good information and someone they feel good about working with. I know my clients love it and Docusign certainly makes me more productive. No more juggling a circle of faxes or setting a time and place to get a simple signature on an amendment. The idea is right and the technology will continue to evolve.
