As Vice President of information technology (IT) with HomeServices of America, Inc., I provide strategic direction to the company and its 20 real estate brokerage affiliates. I also oversee several large scale projects which involve centralization of IT services such as hosting email and company Web sites. I have weekly contact with IT leaders at the various HomeServices operating companies and am often involved in bringing cost-saving opportunities to the forefront.
