    In a recent Q/A column you mentioned that if you have a low income as of 1/1/08, you probably won't be subject to any Capital Gains tax. Is this a new law or just an adjustment in Capital Gains tax in relation to your low income? What do you consider a low income to achieve this? If you sell something prior to 1/1/08 but do not receive the proceeds until after 1/1/08, are you home free? Please explain this comment. Investor.
