    Another example of a group that 'thinks' they know what the issues are, but has absolutely no understanding of the day to day operations of the real estate industry. They are also under the misconception that the problem is caused because buyer's didn't understand their loans. Many of them understood them and were willing to gamble on the future and lost. Many of the loans in trouble are not owner occupied, but investor loans and they certainly knew what they were doing. Stop pointing fingers and just fix it. Their new regulations are far more complicated than the current ones.
