Loving Technology and what it adds to a Real Estate Career, I am almost a charter Inman Groupie...As well as being a strong performer in the Downtown Toronto marketplace, I am President of our local Board. We have over 32,000 members which gives us very interesting issues from time to time. It is time to give back to a career that has given us a lot!

    As usual you are right on, especially when it comes to staying away from negative people...I find myself busier when I keep my head down, work and not listen to the "market pundits"...do not read the MEDIA.... Focus on finding families homes and being the "go-to" person in your locale, thinking less about making the tranactions and more about providing services to your clientele. Have a successful day!
