Rick Bonetti has earned a reputation among his peers for skillful negotiations and innovative, creative marketing - the "art" of real estate. He is known by his clients as a personable and caring professional - the "heart" of real estate.

With more than 35 years experience in the real estate profession, including designing and building custom homes, Rick Bonetti provides a solid tract record. Rick is a native of Saratoga, California and is a second generation Santa Clara County Realtor; he knows the local market conditions.

Rick Bonetti has the resources available to assist clients with every aspect of the real estate process from state-of-the-art computerized listing resources to selecting inspectors, lenders and escrow companies. His commitment to customer service helps buyer and/or sellers move through the complex and often time consuming process in an iefficient, timely and hassle-free manner.

Rick has served as Marketing Director for several large corporate real estate developers/builders: The Irvine Company, Kapalua Land Company, Newhall Land and Farming Company and MCO Properties. He has overseen management of real estate brokerage and held real estate and general contractor licenses in Arizona.

Rick has a Master of Arts from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts from San Jose State College. Rick believes in staying ahead of this ever-changing market by taking Continuing Education and California Real Estate Courses. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors. He currently lives in Los Gatos with his wife Lynne, has 4 adult children and 6 grandchildren.
