    I have recently moved over to Google as my email server from Go Daddy. It is really nice, I have my own email using all those features you just described. I get to customize my email page with my own logo, I can have up to 50 user accounts and I forget how many nicknames (alias or forward) email addresses. It all ties nicely with the calendar, the contacts, Google docs and Google Sites. All for free

    Bernice is right on the code stuff, once you list it is hands off. Not only did she violate that, the code also says we are not to (paraphrase) bad mouth other members or people. Besides, listen up all those that may consider listing with a neighbor, especially a condo where neighbor is down the hall vs down the street. An agent that lives next door looks at a potential buyer way different when they are considering moving in next door. Suppose they remind them of someone they don't like or what ever. They will treat them differently and pre-judge instead of pre-qualify. #justsaying

    Wasn't that always the rule. IS it to say that you can agree in the offer phase and then change afterwards so you can get your offer accepted. Section 9 of RESPA prohibits a seller from requiring the home buyer to use a particular title insurance company, either directly or indirectly, as a condition of sale. Buyers may sue a seller who violates this provision for an amount equal to three times all charges made for the title insurance.
