See my Midtown Sacramento homes & condos profile

I'm Rob McQuade with McMartin Realty and I specialize in Sacramento's urban neighborhoods: Downtown & Midtown Sacramento. It doesn't matter whether you're looking for urban "sof lofts" or condominiums or you prefer a more traditional Midtown Delta Highwater, Victorian, Tudor, or Craftsman—Midtown offers the best of a broad spectrum of architecture and design combined with a cool, walkable community. Just about everything is within easy walking distance, and even in the heat of a Sacramento summer you'll enjoy strolling these beautiful, tree-lined neighborhoods! Midtown is home to great projects like the L Street Lofts, Sutter Brownstones, and 1600 H Lofts. Search Midtown Sacramento homes at ForSaleinMidtown.com for FREE and sign up for email alerts when new homes come on the market. Or you can explore information on all the great loft and condo projects in Midtown. Want something a little edgier or more industrial? You'll love some of the cool contemporary homes that Downtown Sacramento has to offer, like Downtown Sacramento's greenest living option, 9 on F. The SoCap Lofts offer a slightly industrial look and feel on the outside but luxury and comfort on the inside. And, of course, you can search Downtown Sacramento real estate online at ForSaleinDowntown.com for FREE, too. If Downtown and Midtown aren't your thing, you can search the entire Sacramento area at ForSaleinSacramento.com. My knowledge of the area translates to money in your pocket! In fact I've focused my energy so intensely on Downtown & Midtown that I created and continue to host a weekly real estate forum for REALTORS® serving these neighborhoods—the largest forum of its kind in the greater Sacramento region! Four generations of my family have called Sacramento home, and I've put that experience to work for my clients. When it's time for you to make a move, let me help. Call me today at (916) 444-7577!

  • Blogging is a lot of work! I

Blogging is a lot of work! I find myself working a 6- or 8-hour day AFTER my regular workday just to keep most of my websites fresh... Instead of creating just one blog, I've broken things up into several blogs: topical, regional, and even neighborhood-specific blogs. Instead of posting to one blog daily, I post to several different blogs once or twice a week (sometimes less, shame on me). Of course, each blog links back to one or more of my websites, but because the blogs have a real content focus I'm generating more quality leads from readers of those blogs. I typically have one or two people register on my websites and request info on properties every day. It's been a bit of work, but I've developed a rhythm to my blogging and it's definitely helped my search engine ranking. Happy blogging! Rob McQuade Sacramento http://www.forsaleinsacramento.com
