Rob has had a simple philosophy since entering real estate in 1994, be honest and ethical, work hard and everything else will follow.

Starting his career during a recession taught Rob to take nothing for granted. He quickly learned that real estate requires patience, tenacity and to succeed it required an an unwavering committment. The business of selling homes is about the client. For the client to realize their goals and dreams they must be heard and respected. The client requires guidance and information to feel confident in their decision. Rob delivers that confidence through his vast experience and timely advice. As a member of Bosley Real Estate Rob has been amongst the Top Ten agents at the firm for 8 straight years. Rob is also within the top 1% of all agents in Toronto (out of nearly 28,000). These distinctions are as a result of his focusing on client needs, not his own.

    Steve good commentary and yes, no realtor can predict the future and "overall market condition". The same can be said though of economists who can often be quite wrong in their predictions but somehow manage to talk their way out of any that have failed to transpire. In the meantime all too often they are relied upon to be our crystal ball gazers. Simply put, nobody has a crystal ball and the confidence in western economies can most often be boiled down to the micro level ie the space between one's ears.     That was the first thing that struck me was the response rate. The "findings" should have been tossed out. This is the type of "information" that leads to articles being published in every industry that pass as gospel...always need to read between the lines.
