Utilizing over a decade of diverse real estate experience, I can provide answers and solutions to any situation my clients may face. While spending ten years in Chicago, I owned and operated various companies that were able to capitalize on the real estate market. I bought and sold hundreds of residential and commercial properties, purchased mortgages, ran a full service brokerage firm, ran a construction company that converted condos and built new construction homes, as well as other ventures that complemented my core business.

For the first two years in St. Louis, I was the head of a loan department at a national real estate investment company. Servicing a $35 Million portfolio has given me invaluable lessons on the proper way to create a loan and the pitfalls that are found when things are not done properly. All these experiences and partnering with a prestigious company like Paramount Mortgage, have created a perfect blend of real world experience and industry knowledge.

I moved to St. Louis in 2007 with my wife Abby (a native) and our son Tyler. We are now joined by a daughter, Charley, with our third child on the way. My extensive involvement with the local communities, has confirmed that I firmly believe that giving back (with time, money and knowledge) has shaped me into the person I am today. When my commitments to all the committees/foundations/charities are complete, I spend all remaining time with my family, friends and playing racquetball.
