We've recently had Swedes looking for beachfront property in north San Diego County. They came not as a result of any blogging or advertising; rather, through some of our family's Swedish friends. Kris: I am late to the party--as usual. Still, want to congratulate you on the new venue and for an article well done (as usual)! I am cozy with every distraction you describe and Inman is fortunate to have your talent. So are we. If lenders would quickly pre-negotiate their short sales prior to listing (or when lender-borrower loan modifications fail), these problem loans would be less likely to end up in foreclosure or in the bankruptcy courts.
