I have never “sold” anyone a home. I will “assist” my Buyers research and analyze homes until they find the Home of their Dreams, but I never “push” a sale. There is nothing worse than to be making the most important decision in your life and having the agent (who is supposedly your adversary) pushing you to make a choice before you are comfortable with a decision. This is one of the most important purchases in a person’s life and you should feel excited yet comfortable with your decision. My negotiating skills are used to help you purchase a home with the best possible terms……my negotiating skills are not used to pressure you to purchase.
My Home Buying Process:
- First we make a list of your “must have” criteria, and a separate list of your “would really like” criteria.
- We then tour homes that fit that criteria, making notes on each property sheet.
- Then we sit down and analyze the “pros” and “cons” for each property.
This is the best way I have found for my Buyers to make a logical and informed decision about their Home Purchase. My no-pressure and highly supportive relationship with Buyers is what has made my business almost solely fed by referrals of my past clients.
