I live in New Zealand and I am part of a Remax team selling prestige residential and life style properties within the southern fringes of Auckland City. I've been selling now for 25 years with 14 of those in the field of Real Estate. To date settled sales are approximately $145 million. At the time of writing this the market in New Zealand is somewhat stagnant with sales volumes equating to approx 50% of what they were in 2007.
