Ryan began his real estate career as a land consultant in 2003 after 6 years of enterprise Information Technology sales and consulting. From 2003 to 2006, he sold over $30 million in land transactions throughout the southeast including TIMO and pension fund holdings, farms, timberland tracts and recreational hunting land. During the same period, Ryan created LANDFLIP.com to market and advertise land listings. Today, LANDFLIP has grown to become a premier site for land owners, brokers and auctioneers to market land to buyers and investors worldwide. In 2008, he created LandThink.com as the premier website to get the latest on land trends, news, articles, advice and now podcasts.
