Sam has lived in Buckhead on and off since 1995 but brings a thorough understanding of real estate in the Buckhead area through his network of friends and business associates. With a business degree from Skidmore College, four years on Wall Street and 14 years in the sports marketing business, Sam's proven success record also stems from having the financial savvy and keen negotiating skills imperative for closing deals at the optimal level for his clients. Having worked with many different types of clients from athletes to entertainers to local Atlantans, Sam is known for putting their individual needs first and keeping all transactions strictly confidential.

Sam is an avid sportsman and enjoys spending as much free time as he can with his 7 and 11 year old boys. His wife, Katie, has spent 20 years working for The Coca-Cola Company and is currently Chief Marketing Officer for North America.
