    Tara, You are so right, and thank you for putting it out there. I had a VA buyer recently and he came to me pre-approved with the "almighty bank". The processor did not order the appraisal until 1 week before our COE date. All in all, it took us another 2 weeks to close. And YES, very important the bankers and staff are not motivated, the salary is there no matter how fast or how slow they get the loan processed. Thanks! Sandra

    Gahlord, You are so right...I started doing this 2 years ago and have quite a collection. I created a community page for my town http://www.facebook.com/Fernley Nevada and put the photos in albums. It also important to include at least 3 photos in any blog post which is why I switched to WordPress. I do carry my camera where ever I go including my Flip! People like to read about towns and community events and look at photos. It is a great way to engage people and you may get a client out of it. Gahlord, good to see you at REBCSF and ICSF! Sandra
