Excellent article!. Everyone is dealing with tension throughout our industy even in markets that still have some movement. Agents need to think inside, outside the box and try find ways to make life bearable.
We always talk about the external look of a brokerage but no one really wants to discuss what the inside looks like. What I am getting at is the services and standards we provide the agents. I spent time in many sessions and listened to the agents speaking and many are looking for guidance and training to keep up with all the technology that is coming from everywhere. I would love to see some forums on what brokerages are doing to help keep the current agents up to speed.
