I have been a Realtor in Park City & Deer Valley since 2005, and now have earned my Associate Brokers license. I specialize in the Park City area which includes Deer Valley and the Canyons ski resorts, and most of my focus is in Park City's historic Old Town community. After 6 great years with Prudential, I recently moved to Summit Sotheby's Intl Realty.

  • I like this idea. For too

I like this idea. For too long we have been used to listing properties, and then paying for high end photos to be taken, and carefully writing descriptive and informative text, and compiling all sorts of valuable data on each property, and then what do we do, we give it away for free to these 3rd party national websites. And what do they do? They charge us to have it back, or more often, give out our resources and hard work to the highest bidder. In Park City, Utah for example, the area is sold out on Trulia, I cant even bid on my own area! And do you really think the consumer is best served by getting directed to the highest bidder, or by getting directed to the listing agent who actually knows all the ins and outs of that particular property, and the neighborhood it is in?

  • That is an amazing home! I

That is an amazing home! I have been there and the home is quite stunning. Even more amazing is the property. It was originally planned to be a complete neighborhood, and was all purchased as one estate property. The new owner could still parcel off a few lots. The property has beautiful trails, and is located in Deer Valley, and relatively close to historic Main Street in Old Town of Park City. Nothing else in Park City or the mountain west quite like it. If you are looking at property in Deer Valley, you might also want to look at homes in The Colony at The Canyons resort. The Colony offers beautiful large acreage ski-in, ski-out luxury estate homes in a private gated community.
