Marc, timely article as we dig out and reinvent ourselves. An earlier comment by Barrett Powell hit home, where he asks - where is the new model? And he comments about the fact there can't be a "one size fits all" model. Well, we have been researching this for the past 6 months, and he is right. We have been quietly working on what the new model(s) might look like, from all vantage points . And we are sharing our findings at the upcoming Connect conference in SF.
