Our company specializes in short sale negotiations for homeowners facing foreclosure and Realtors that just don't like dealing with the often immense amount of work a short sale transaction. In business for 4 years from our Texas location, growth has now required an additional location in Florida.

Our role is not to replace the Realtor, but to enhance the transaction with a specialized division of labor, making the job of the Realtor much easier. The listing agent can remain focused on their specialty of selling real estate, while our company remains focused on our specialty of getting the short sale approved.
