What ever happened to fiscal and moral responsibility?. Teaching and having instilled in one self that you pay for what you buy. My property is not worth what I purchase it for, but I have every intention of paying my note and be a responsible borrower. Articles like these are why this country is headed down. So many people today take no responsibility for their actions. There was a time when honor, pride, patriotism, respect and a whole host of other ethical and moral standards existed. Our society is truly broken and articles like this make it evident.
