The Corcoran Group (the advocate group team)

Broker extraordinaire and unconventional businesswoman Stephanie L Davis, Vice President/Associate Broker at Corcoran Soho and head of her own sales team, the advocate group (tag for short), takes a ground-breaking service approach by always putting clients first. She creates custom-tailored services for their selective base of sellers and buyers.
Stephanie is a deal closer. And has sold 65 properties (Manhattan lofts, condos, co-ops) in the last three years. Stephanie also has a far-reaching network. She has forged strong relationships in the brokerage and IT communities, established an expansive following on tag's Social Media sites, conducted seminars at New York University, Chase, Bank of America, plus amassed a longstanding clientele base in the course of her New York City real estate career.
Specializing in Downtown Manhattan, Stephanie L Davis at Corcoran Soho is also an ace at assembling co-op and condo board packages, coaching clients for board interviews, seamlessly navigating the apartment inventory and neighborhoods, analyzing market trends, creating one-of-a-kind iProperty Movies™ for tag's exclusive properties; as well as, Stephanie is an expert in Social Media Optimization (SMO) for real estate.
Stephanie L Davis is also known for expertly leveraging the power of New Media for the advocate group's sellers. Tag's properties can be seen any time, anywhere, on any digital device in high-definition.
The Chairman/CEO of The Next Group Melinda Davis, tag's special advisor, and author of “The New Culture of Desire” explains “New Media is the fusing of Traditional Media (printed brochures, film, magazines, etc.) with the online interactive power of Social Media, Blogs and Mobile Devices. The advocate group's production value and cross-platform relationships with multi-media consumers are unprecedented for an agent team in New York City.” With the help of Traditional Media merging with Social Media the democratization of real estate data is here. It is on-demand real estate access and maximum exposure equals maximum returns.

  • Well said Inman's Glenn

Well said Inman's Glenn Roberts. And this kind of article is exactly what should be posted and out there for the real estate industry to read and comment on. We need to have a dialogue and help each other on what works and doesn't work. It is a new frontier and there is still much to be learned and explored in these unchartered territories. Agreeing to disagree and with tact is what it is all about Social Media. Be real and be you. It is completely individual to each agent on what works and doesn't work - BUT there is a template, outline, guide that one must use and decide when to break the rules of SMO for real estate. I commend Alisha for "wearing a pair" and putting it her POV out there; although, I disagree with her entirely. (I know she and I could still grab a drink together and chat real estate). Dare I say Bipartisan Real Estate? Is the old school and new school starting to show its divide more? Hmmmmmm And the funny part is the divide is discussed over the divide LOL @StephLDavis
