I have been an active REALTOR for 15 years, and have spent 12 of those years at Windermere Real Estate/Stellar Group in Vancouver WA. We office in the Historic District near the original Ft Vancouver in an officers' quarters built in 1906. The area is lovely at any time of year and is well kept as we are on the Historic Register.
I have had extensive leadership training and have held many leadership positions at the local and state associations. I am currently an NAR Director and an RPAC Trustee for Washington State. I hold many designations and am a life long learner.
My business is basically referral based and I receive and send out many referrals in a year's time.
I am proud to be a REALTOR and strive to do what I can to better our industry. I actively participate in contacting my elected officials to promote REALTOR issues.
Everything I did prior to becomming a REALTOR brought me to where I should be. I love this industry and my profession.

    I love your sense of humor and metaphorical references. We all can take a dose of your medicine so to speak and remember to do "first things first". I am one of the worst at prioritizing those first things and tend to become too scattered. I am trying this year to introduce "new" things in my business plan or at least "new ways of doing" those things. If we keep doing what we have been doing, we will keep getting what we have gotten. I am corraling the horses and have amassed piles of articles on planning for the new year, economic forecasts, "how to's", and other interesting items in order to boil it all down to a one page plan. I have already implemented some new things in each day and pray to keep the attitude of gratitude in the forefront of my mind. I know this year will be a bumpy ride, but I plan to have fun with it along the way.

    Hello, CRS's, I am in SW Washington just across the Columbia River from Portland Oregon, in the Historic District. I sell in the entire county: Clark County which is 660 sq miles. It includes the towns of Vancouver, Ridgefield, Battle Ground, Brush Prairie, Camas and Washougal, Yacolt and Amboy, and some of Woodland. I don't work at all in Oregon: the two states have too many differences. Thanks so much and I look forward to your referrals in 2009.
