I am a real estate agent who grew up in Fremont, attended the local schools, and become a REALTOR, after getting my BA from U.C. Berkeley, a California CPA (inactive currently) and an MBA from UCLA. I own and manage a real estate firm called SUNIL SETHI REAL ESTATE. We focus on buying and selling real estate in Fremont, Newark, Union City, Hayward, Dublin and Pleasanton markets.

As your real estate agent, you'll find me patient, informative and supportive of your decisions, whether it's selling or buying your home, or investment property. You'll get my professional biased advice in your buy or sell decision. You can choose to ignore my advice, but at least you'll know what I think.

My goal is to build lifelong clients. My motto on every transaction is Taking You Forward, which means that as your real estate agents I will always work toward bettering your position, whether it's helping you buy the best real estate in your chosen area within your price range, or helping you negotiate the maximum price on the sale of your current home.
