We are a husband and wife REO Listing Team with a seasoned support staff who are experts in Southwest Riverside and North San Diego Counties. The services we offer include all types of BPO valuation, evictions / lockout, cash for keys, in-court representation, rehabilitation, maintenance, full service marketing, and skilled contract negotiations.

We are Premiere Asset Services (PAS) Certified Listing Agents, GRP Financial Services Listing Agents, and IndyMac Bank Listing Agents.

We have obtained the “Working with Foreclosures” Certificate from the California Association of Realtors (CAR), have two Certificates from PAS, have received the First American Value View Marketing Segment Certification, and have completed REO and Short Sale courses through the Century 21 Network. Additionally, we are Associate Members of REOMAC (Association of Real Estate Owned Managers), and hold membership in REOTrans.com, DISPOSolutions, RES.NET, REO.com, REONetwork.com, and BidSelect.com. We are also members of NABPOP (National Association of BPO Professionals), and have earned their CPV (Certified Property Valuator) designation.

We provide extensive general marketing and support services to all of our clients. 24” x 36” listing signs, open houses, professional quality photography (including multiple / detailed pictures of the interior and exterior), quality flyers (also with multiple pictures), and direct mail advertisements are used to ensure that your properties will get the recognition they deserve. We also place all of our properties on three of Southern California’s largest multiple listing services (MRMLS, SANDICOR, & SOCALMLS) in order to maximize exposure.

In addition, we advertise our listings in area newspapers and magazines. Our print listings cover a wide area, allowing us to reach as many qualified buyers as possible.

Since over 82 percent of prospective buyers initially research properties online, we're committed to extensive Internet marketing. Our listings are advertised on Realtor.com, Century21.com, craigslist, LiveDeal, Oodle, Google Base, Yahoo classifieds, backpage.com, Propsmart, edgeio, Vast, Trulia, Zillow, Postlets, REOTrans.com, RES.NET, and up to 26 additional real estate classified websites.
