We are an established and experienced REO Listing Team with a seasoned support staff and dedicated REO Buyer’s Representatives, who are experts in Western Riverside and North San Diego Counties.

We offer the following services: REO Portfolio Acquisitions, all types of BPO valuation, evictions/ lock-out, cash for keys (CFK), in-court representation, rehabilitation, maintenance (in compliance with local code enforcement), full service marketing, and skilled contract negotiations (Se Habla Español).

Certifications & Affiliations:

We have obtained the RDC Pro Certificate (REO Default Certified Professional), have earned two Certificates from Premiere Asset Services, have received Certification from IndyMac Bank, and the “Advanced Evaluations Certificate” Through Real Estate Educate’s Default School. We have received The Real Estate and the Government Certificate and RES.NET Certification Through The Five Star Institute. We have been awarded the “Working with Foreclosures” Certificate from the California Association of Realtors (CAR), have received two First American Value View Certifications, and all of our agents are Realtors and certified REO Buyer’s Specialists.

Marketing Services Offered:

We provide extensive general marketing and support services for all of our listings. 24” x 36” listing signs, open houses, flyers, and professional quality photography (including 10-20 detailed pictures of the interior and exterior on each MLS). We are members of, and proudly place all of our properties on three of Southern California’s largest multiple listing services (MRMLS, SANDICOR, & SOCALMLS) in order to maximize their exposure.

In addition, we advertise our listings in area newspapers and magazines. Our print listings cover a wide area, allowing us to reach as many qualified buyers as possible.

Since over 80 percent of prospective buyers initially research properties online, we are committed to extensive Internet marketing. Our listings are advertised on Realtor.com (Showcase), Foreclosure.com, Century21.com, craigslist, LiveDeal, Oodle, Google Base, Yahoo classifieds, backpage.com, Propsmart, edgeio, Vast, Trulia, Zillow, Postlets, Redfin, LinkedIn, REOTrans.com, RES.NET, and many more real estate classified websites (up to 38). We also utilize search engine optimization campaigns in order to attract the maximum amount of traffic to our website www.ChrisAndDebi.com on which all of our listings appear.
