I have been described as a woman of high energy! To quote a fellow friend & Realtor..."Tere makes coffee nervous". My zest for life and love for my family and friends mirror my dedication to my profession as a Real Estate Professional. I have been a consistent top selling and listing agent at Century 21 Crest Real Estate since 1987, and with over 10 years of receiving the "Circle of Excellence Award", have now earned the Lifetime Achievement designation. I owe my success to the fact that I love my job and enjoy meeting new people. Although licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson, I don't feel like a salesperson. For me, it is an exciting and natural opportunity to achieve the goals of my client’s wishes by finding the homes and properties they would want to select from. What I do is show my clients all of the beautiful homes and properties that they're considering, assist them in their decision making process, and then I just let things flow naturally from there. As a Listing and Marketing agent, my clients come first. I make it a priority to aggressively market their property and get it sold, keep in touch with my clients, inform them of any interest in their property, and keep them updated with all advertising and marketing efforts. My mission is to provide the finest real estate service available based on the highest standard of ethics, values, and customer satisfaction.

If you have any inquiries, or if you would further information about real estate in Northern New Jersey, please contact me. Whether you're buying or selling, I will give you the undivided attention you deserve.

“I measure my success by the satisfaction and loyalty of my customers.

  • I certainly would not

I certainly would not recommend that my clients reduce thier property listings by 10% across the board including every price range. I believe that proper consultation from the "get-go" is most beneficial. Sure, we have been "chasing the market" for some time, however home sellers are listening and watching the news too and have been very receptive to price adjustments for the most part. I think a 10% "discount" for all price ranges is a bit extreme. At least here in my area in Northern New Jersey I have been successful in my listings selling through this tough time.
