Two decades experience in Information Technology and software development in corporate and startup organizations. Recently sold my share of the BPO Automation Group in order to pursue new opportunities in cloud-based services for Real Estate Professionals through Agent Press Room.

Our first public product is Team Workflow, an order-management and tracking system for BPO, REO, and Appraisal orders, launched on August 1st 2011. We've also donated services to the REO community through the REOPro Agent Network, such as Bank Owned Home Listings, Agent Newswire, and The Industry Buzz Newsletter.

Agent Press Room: Current Projects

Here are some of my current focus areas at Agent Press Room:

1. Social-Networking for Applications: Our Team Workflow application applies the principles of sharing found in social networking sites to valuations order management.

2. Cloud-based Computing: One of our primary goals is to develop & deploy cloud-based solutions to challenges rather than developing desktop software. We're hoping to bridge the gap between the Apple & Microsoft world as they're both so prevalent in the real-estate industry.

3. User-Friendly Applications: We're heavily focused on making applications easier & more convenient to use. Ease of use and speed of use are big factors, especially in valuations order management.

4. Price-competitive Applications: As the real-estate industry continues to change, agents have smaller budgets for IT solutions, and one of our goals is to commoditize solutions where possible to reduce the end-user price.
