About me...Tony Orefice
While our company handles all aspects of real estate, I specialize in residential sales. I not only work the Concord, NC (Cabarrus county) area, I am very familiar with the areas of Charlotte, Huntersville, Cornelius(Mecklenburg county), and Harrisburg(Cabarrus county) as well.

As I work with all kinds of people, first-time homebuyers are a favorite of mine. I truly enjoy showing them homes. The look on their faces, when I have found for them the right one, is priceless! A good feeling comes over me and I am reminded of why I am in this exciting business of real estate...to help people realize the happiness in owning their own home.

I relocated to the Charlotte area in 2001 with my wife and 3 children. We wanted a better way of life for the kids and we're sure we have found it! There are so many activities and recreational programs for them to enjoy. Our lives are never boring. Make the move and find out for yourselves.

It would be a pleasure and an honor to work with other families relocating to our beautiful part of the country. Since living here, I have become familiar with many different areas and I am sure I can help buyers find just what they are looking for.
