Tyler ("Ty") Webb is REcrab. Jackie Webb is his business partner . . . as well as his life partner. We work together to help our clients achieve their goals as buyer or seller.

We offer useful knowledge and experience. Tyler is a retired Maryland attorney specializing in real estate. Contracts today contain complicated terms and conditions and we can help our clients be sure the contract sets forth the transaction as they unersrtand it.

Jackie has previewed more homes than most agents. She knows the inventory and the communities in our market. This knowledge and experience is unique and benefits our clients.

We pride ourselves in establishing solid relationships with our clients as they buy or sell a home. We will not tell our clients what they may want to hear. We will tell them what they need to know. We will represent their interests objectively. That's our promise!

The people running NAR must be brain dead. They have to learn to do more with less like everyone else. Coming from the same geniuses who spent millions telling the world there was no real estate bubble, the value of their efforts is questionable. In our market I have must become a member of NAR in order to sell homes. This is ridiculous and must stop. I will not pay the extra money so they had better make it an election and not mandatory. During all of my years of serving clients as an attorney and as a real estate agent, I have never once been asked whether I am a member of the ABA or the NAR. The public could care less about such relationships. Tyler G. Webb Associate Broker Champion Realty Inc. Annapolis, Md (410) 224 7124 www.recrab.com tywebb@recrab.com

Post away. Agents should keep in mind that what they post may result personal liability on their part. So much feedback from agents is pure BS and to suggest this is useful or beneficial to anyone is also pure BS. Let's raise the bar in this industry [notice the refusal to use the term "profession"] rather than use gimmicks like this and pretend to be doing good for the parties involved. Tyler G. Hi, Two thoughts. First, please ask Inman News to discontinue the irritating and rude popup advertisements. Second, it is OK to call people in addition to waiting for them to call us. In other words, it iis OK to be proactive rather than passive in building one's business. Tyler Webb Champion Realty Annapolis, MD
