I'm just a real estate guy. I try to sell houses and inform people about the Utah Real Estate Economy. Buying and selling real estate involves big wads of cash, so it's important you use someone who knows what they are doing.

I work a lot with distressed homes, foreclosures, short sales, bank owned homes and HUD homes, and Utah Land.

I specialize in Cache Valley Real Estate but Study the entire Utah market from homes in Clearfield Utah too Hyde Park Real Estate. Utah Real Estate Business is my business.

Old School Brokers Need to Get With The Times. Why wouldn't you want your listing to have as much exposure as possible? (Besides the fact that they want to double side their transaction) If they need to change something, they need to change what they are telling their sellers. They need to let them know that by putting their home on the MLS it will be distributed through IDX to thousands of different websites all over the internet, insuring that every potential buyer gets to know about their house. I really don't know how beneficial a 12% tax credit would be towards actually reducing the deficit, while for most people it reduces the tax benefits, for some who use the standard deduction anyways, this will benefit them, and they will pay less taxes. Also if it is a "tax credit" it might mean people getting paid more money from the federal government who aren't paying any federal taxes anyways. I find it interesting that non distressed sales make up a larger percentage of home sales? Haven't foreclosures been increasing? The percentage of distressed sales should be higher. I think this is evidence of lots of "shadow inventory" Alan Barker http://www.realestatelogan.com http://utahhomesforsale.com
