It seems to me that if you ask a company to commit resources and time to a project you should honor that commitment by following through with what was promised. Who were the companies who chickened - errr I mean backed out??
Domain names seem to make a definite impact. What the actual impact is - will I am sure - remain a mystery and can be overcome by other factors.
Exactly! Local sites are better for the Realtor and the Consumer. I think it is fine if you can contribute on the national sites AND your own local site but if your time is limited the local site is the one to concentrate on. Columbus Georgia Homes
