Hi Vicki, I work at Inman News on the Web site development team. I saw your post above, and want to explain why you receive certain emails. An announcement about our latest Industry Special Report, "2008: The Year of the Bailout," was sent to Premium Members on December 22nd. We don't publish a calendar of when new reports will be available, as we want to deliver pertinent information in a timely manner. So, our way of letting our Premium Members know that a new report is available, is to push the new report link out through our Premium Member email list. At the same time we are letting you know about the new report, we send the same email to folks who have "opted in" to our Inman Marketing list. If you had not paid $149 to become a Premium Member, when you click on the link in the email to read or download the report, you would have to pay $79, for each Industry Special Report we publish.
