I think B of A is ludicrous to buy Countrywide Mtg. Countrywide is amoung a larger group motivated ONLY by making MONEY. Loans,many fraudulent and/or extremely complex, has destroyed the ability of many 'first time buyers' to ever achieve the 'AMERICAN DREAM'. I have been in real estate for 34 years and a successful broker for 31 years - I never thought a national company would encourage such an unethical and illeagal corporate culture.
