Ok great story but no facts: Why is the appraiser low balling the house is the million dollar question? 1.Does he/she not have access to comps due to lack of membership in MLS? 2.Does he/she use foreclosed properties near the house being sold to alter the pricing? Need more details beyond that the appraiser did a bad job...I need to know why if we plan on making changes to the HVCC or underwriting standards within the Federal Government
