Who are the most innovative, tech savvy and/or entrepreneurial Realtors in your city?

I'm looking for real estate agents that you consider progressive, non-traditional and inventive and what the characteristics are that make you think so.
Do they use web 2.0 tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Trulia...?
Have you seen a clever advertisement from them somewhere?
Do they blog or use Twitter?
Which agent would you recommend a family member to use if they were about to buy or sell in your city?
Which agents do you know of that are extremely responsive, either by phone, email, txt, IM, etc.?
Please leave the name of your city as well.

I think I would be probably one of the most innovative REALTORS in the Dallas Area.
I use LinkedIn, Facebook, Active Rain, YouTube Videos of listings, create Video's to put on my listing on Realtor.com and advertise in over 2000 Real Estate related websites!

I would recommend myself. I became a realtor in a state were more people have real estate licenses than driving licenses. Neverthless, I decided to pursue it due to my personal experience looking for a home in Florida; The lack of honesty and service of the realtors left me dumb founded.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, daughter of a well known developer, I was raised among builders, architects, engineers and salespeople.
