Can anyone tell me of any lenders who are currently willing to fund the FHA Hope for Homeowners loan?

In investigating loan modification options for my clients, I have contacted several of the lenders listed on HUD's site regarding the Hope for Homeowners program. I have been told, so far, that no funding is available for these loans. Is that true?
