Beth Butler

COO, EWM Realtors

As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell (EWM), Beth Butler does more than just supervise the company's sales, marketing and management team development-she is also the driving force behind EWM's renowned reputation as the most technologically savvy real estate company in Florida.

Prior to her current role at EWM, Beth worked for several real estate companies in South Florida where she flourished as a top sales producer and later in a management position. In 1994 she joined EWM as the Manager of the Coral Gables branch office.  She was soon promoted to the company's General Manager position, where she assisted the company with its expansion from two offices to 14 offices in just five years.

Since the start of her real estate career over 20 years ago, Beth has strongly believed in the power of technology. She embraces technological trends knowing that it not only improves business with such benefits as better time management and tracking tools, but that it is also the future of real estate business.

Beth's real estate experience, combined with her cutting edge marketing and technology knowledge has undoubtedly helped the company remain a leader in sales even after the real estate boom in 2005.  In 2007, she pioneered the implementation of a revolutionary company wide blog, which has resulted in increased sales and propelled ewm.com's search engine presence.

In addition to her leadership role at EWM, Beth is also heavily involved in the real estate community.  She is a two-time Realtor of the Year and a past President of the Coral Cables Board of Realtors.  She is also a past President of the Realtor Association of Dade County.

Beth holds an undergraduate degree from Auburn University and a master's degree in business administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.  She grew up in Miami and currently resides in South Miami.
