Chad Barczak has over twenty years of experience in business management and ownership. He holds a Bachelor's degree in business and an M.B.A., both from the University of Oregon. Currently, Mr. Barczak is the Chairman and CEO for IDX, Inc. in Eugene, Oregon.  IDX Inc. is nationally known as a leading provider of real estate search applications. IDX, Inc. manages and maintains over $1 trillion worth of active listing data from over 320 individual Multiple Listings Services (MLS) throughout the United States. 

IDX Broker is IDX, Inc.'s principle real estate software utility and myAgent IDX is its principle mobile application available for the iPhone. The easy to manage and customizable software helps real estate professionals display home listing data from their multiple listing service (MLS) on their individual and/or office websites.

Even before co-founding IDX, Inc., Mr. Barczak was a seasoned entrepreneur, starting his first business at the age of 13.  He was able to parlay that early experience into a long career of creating unique businesses throughout many industries. He has a proven record of developing and implementing strategic marketing plans resulting in enhanced corporate identities and increased company revenues. 

Mr. Barczak has extensive knowledge of the real estate sector, with an emphasis on technological applications and real estate-specific online marketing trends. He has worked with agents and brokers from across the United States to increase the effectiveness of their online marketing through the implementation of web applications, lead generation tools and innovative marketing techniques.
