With Smarter Agent, Realtors can provide their clients with the ultimate mobile tool to search for real estate, using GPS when available, from virtually every mobile device across all U.S. carriers including traditional cell phones, the iPhone, BlackBerry devices and the Android. Smarter Agent was named by CTIA-The Wireless Association as the best GPS application in its Emerging Technology Awards. Smarter Agent won the NAVTEQ Global LBS Challenge for the Best Commerce/Advertising/Buying Application in North America and Europe. Eric has had his real estate license since he was 18-years-old, and he is the holder of 4 U.S. patents.
