Greg is co-founder of W&R Studios, a privately held software company dedicated to creating next generation web applications for the online real estate industry. W&R Studios web apps include Dwellicious, a social bookmarking site for real estate, and Cloud CMA, an online report generator that augments MLS data with information from top real estate related sites. Prior to co-founding W&R Studios Greg was the General Manager of eNeighborhoods, a real estate technology company. eNeighborhoods pioneered the application of using neighborhood data in real estate marketing. During Greg's tenure he substantially grew eNeighborhoods' agent subscription business, and managed the creation and growth of their Enterprise Services group. This group now provides data aggregation services and tools to many of the top MLS providers and provides IDX and lead management services to the country's top franchise brands, including remax.com, century21.com, coldwellbanker.com and era.com. Before joining eNeighborhoods co-founded IRIS, a real estate software company. IRIS was founded in 1992, its "Lightning" branded agent software tools (MLS access and CMA) were used by more than a hundred thousand real estate agents around the country. IRIS was ranked #192, on Inc. 500's Magazines "Fastest Growing Companies in America". IRIS was sold to HomeSeekers.com in 2000.Greg has a bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology and currently sits of the board of directors of the Council of MLS, an industry trade group focused on bringing MLS providers together to share ideas, best practices, and discuss relevant industry issues.Greg currently lives in Costa Mesa, CA with his wife Jennifer and three kids, Cole, Toby and Hope.
