Jonathan Kauffmann

A Virginia native and graduate of The University of Virginia, Jonathan has spent the last 15 years of his life in Central Virginia. 

Before beginning his real estate career, Jonathan used his entrepreneurial spirit to help launch and grow 3 different companies on a national scale.  Serving in sales, marketing and operational roles, he played an integral role in building these businesses nationally. During his time with these start-ups, he honed his business skills by leading sales teams, implementing marketing plans, negotiating contracts, and developing operational strategies.

Growing tired of the constant travel, Jonathan began his real estate career by rehabbing properties in and around Charlottesville, Va.  Jonathan earned his Realtor’s license in 2004 and was a top producer of a large new home community for several years.  He continues to work with builders and developers and has extensive experience in new construction and land sales throughout Central Virginia. 

He is active in the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors and currently serves on the Board’s Technology Committee.   

Jonathan founded Nest Realty Group in 2008 and is Principal Broker of Nest Realty.  He resides in Albemarle County, Va with his family.
