Joseph Ferrara is an attorney and real estate broker, having practiced real estate law in New York City for 25 years. He also owned a boutique real estate brokerage in Manhattan.  Joseph is currently Publisher of the Sellsius Real Estate Blog.  In 2007, Sellsius was named one of the Top 5 Real Estate Industry Blogs in the Swanpoel Trends Report and Joseph was chosen as one of the Top 25 Most Influential Real Estate Bloggers for Marketing and How-to by Inman News.  The Annual Sellsius Award for the country's top women real estate agent bloggers has helped bring national attention to the medium.

Joseph speaks at industry conferences across the country on blogging and internet marketing.  He teaches and coaches blogging-for-business to real estate agents. He was recently chosen to teach blogging to HomeGain agents as part of its Source4Sellers marketing program. Last summer, Joe embarked on a 10,000 mile cross-country road trip to promote real estate blogging and new internet marketing technology, which will be featured in an upcoming documentary.
