Linda Davis

Linda Davis has sold real estate in Eastern CT for over 30 years and has been the #1 agent in the Town of Ledyard since the late 1980's.   She has been a Broker with RE/MAX since 1985 and has received that company's Life Time Achievement Award as well as numerous sales production awards.

Having previously served as its chairman, Linda is still very active in her local Board of Realtors® and has been a recipient of the Realtor® of the Year Award.  She remains a member of the Board of Directors and  now chairs the Board's Annual Golf Tournament to benefit Habitat for Humanity. 

Proving that politics and real estate can mix, Linda is an elected official in her town and is serving as a member of the Ledyard Town Council. She was previously Chairman of the Ledyard Board of Education.

Linda has been blogging since February 2006. Her blog "The Eastern CT Real Estate Blog", tackles real estate, land use issues and even local politics, mostly with a sense of humor.

In addition to her local blog, Linda offers practical real estate advice to her peers at her Real Estate Solutions Blog.  She also participates in several social networking sites and reads and comments daily on real estate, technology and marketing blogs.
