Mitch Ribak
Broker & Owner, The eHomes Realty Network and Tropical Realty
Over the years I have owned several businesses ranging from Paintball to Dating Services to an Internet Company and finally ended up in Real Estate. This is where I have found my calling. I started in Real Estate in 2001 and quickly shot up to number 1 in my office after my second year in the business. After creating a unique business model, using the Internet, I opened Tropical Realty of Suntree in March 2005 which has thrived since its start. Through June of 2009, TRS currently has grown from 6 Agents to 27 Agents and the number 1 Real Estate office out of 500 offices in Brevard County in buyer transactions. In 2009 we are anticipating having over 325 transactions as a result of our Internet programs.
I have spent my life always trying to be ahead of the curve with all my businesses. In Real Estate I saw an immediate need for expertise in understanding and using the Internet. With my 6 years of Internet experience and being known as Mr. Internet in the radio world, I reshaped the typical Realty model into a lead generating machine which produces exceptional results for my Agents and better quality service for our customers. With the advent of our new software system which has been launched in house since June 2008, our Agents have already seen an increase in business even in this down market.
In August 2008 eHomes Realty I launched as my education company. The eHomes Realty Network, which originally started as my franchising company, is an education and consulting company. My goal is to teach others around the country how to utilize the Internet as well as other important aspects of Real Estate, to propel their business in the future.
In September or October of 2009 we will be launching our 100MPH Marketing Software and Systems Company. We will be offering our software throughout Florida utilizing our lead capture tools. Our systems have proven over and over again by having great systems anyone can be successful in this business.
Currently I reside in Merritt Island Florida with my wife Jeanette. We have four children between us, Jon, Matt, Michael and Amanda as well as our amazing grandchildren Henry and Lola.
