DotLoop
Austin Allison co-founded real estate technology company DotLoop in 2008, before the age of 24. DotLoop partnered with Keller Williams Realty earlier this year to integrate DotLoop's offer-to-close transaction management services into the franchisor's new eEdge platform for its 80,000 agents. The platform won an Inman Innovator Award for Most Innovative Real Estate Website or Service in 2011. In the fall, DotLoop also partnered with EXIT Realty to provide e-document services to that brokerage's 24,500 agents.
