Graham Badun

Managing partner and CEO
Brookfield Residential Property Services

Graham Badun joined Toronto-based Brookfield in 1998 and was appointed CEO and managing partner in September 2008, at about the same time Brookfield acquired GMAC Real Estate, which it merged with Real Living the following year. Under Badun's leadership, Brookfield expanded further into the U.S. real estate market with the acquisition of Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services on Dec. 6, 2011, in a $110 million deal. The purchase made Brookfield the world's second-largest employee relocation services provider and the third-largest residential real estate franchising business, the company reported. Combined, Brookfield's network of real estate franchise brands includes about 80,000 real estate agents in 2,800 offices, with more than $150 billion in annual real estate transactions.
